We built this site to be useful without collecting more information than we need. Here is a plain-language look at what the website does today.
The short version
- The public site counts aggregate events only, such as a page view or a click on the email link.
- We do not create visitor profiles, and we do not try to identify or re-identify individuals.
- We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or session replay.
- The private admin area uses a sign-in provider, which sets strictly necessary cookies for the people who administer the site.
Aggregate referral analytics
When someone views a page or uses a contact link, the site adds one to a count for that date and event type. If the link includes one of our campaign codes, the count is also connected to that campaign. We create these short codes for business outreach, such as a brochure or partner referral. The site counts only codes that match a campaign we already know.
The events we count are:
- page views
- portfolio opens
- email link clicks
- phone link clicks
- Instagram link clicks
What we do not store in analytics
- IP addresses
- browser or device identifiers (user agents)
- advertising IDs
- fingerprints or persistent visitor IDs
- precise location
- browsing history across pages or sites
- session recordings, keystrokes, or form input
Campaign codes travel in the link fragment (the part after #), which is processed by your browser and is not sent to our server as part of the page request path.
Network and infrastructure processing
Like every website, our hosting infrastructure necessarily processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages, keep the service secure, and defend against abuse. That processing is performed by the infrastructure, is not part of our analytics, and we do not claim otherwise. We aim to keep infrastructure log retention to the minimum needed to operate the service securely.
Private admin area
Access to the private admin area is limited to authorized Teles personnel. Sign-in is handled by an identity provider using Google and Apple sign-in, which may set strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security. Sign-in data is used to grant or deny access to the admin tools and nothing else. Administrative access is granted by explicit invitation and allowlisting; a public account cannot be used to reach admin pages or data.
Information you send us voluntarily
If you email [email protected] or call us, you choose what to share. We handle that information directly to respond to your inquiry. The website does not store your message, and we do not add you to marketing lists from website contact alone.
Third-party content and trackers
The public pages of this site do not embed advertising trackers, analytics platforms, social-media pixels, embedded social feeds, or session-replay tools. Fonts are self-hosted and load from our own domain. Our Instagram profile is linked as an ordinary outbound link and is not embedded on this site.
Retention
Aggregate event counts are kept only as long as they remain useful for understanding which outreach is working. We do not keep individual-level records because we do not create them in the first place.
Changes and contact
If the website’s behavior changes, this policy will be updated to match. For privacy questions or concerns, contact [email protected].
